"Mommy's agents": how ARMA officers were searching for Gulliver in cars with cover numbers
Kyiv • UNN
ARMA officers arrived to inspect the Gulliver shopping center in a car with non-existent license plates. ARMA has no legal grounds to use cover plates, as it is not a subject of operational investigative activity.
Employees of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) arrived to inspect the assets of the capital's Gulliver shopping center in a car with non-existent license plates, probably these were cover numbers, UNN reports.
As reported in response to UNN's request, some of the people who arrived on July 31 to inspect the complex's assets arrived in a gray BMW X5 with license plate KA1614RT.
UNN checked the license plates and found that such a license plate was not in the registers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, indicating that the army used cover plates.
However, according to Ukrainian law, the ARMA is not a subject of operational and investigative activities, and therefore has no legal grounds to use cover numbers.
So it turns out that Olena Duma, who calls herself "ARMA's mother," has become so comfortable with the role of head of the Asset Recovery Agency that she sent her agents to search for Gulliver in a car with cover numbers?
Agency of UNN appealed to ARMA and law enforcement agencies to explain on what grounds the agency's employees use cover car license plates.
Recall
The head of the ARMA, Olena Duma , reported that the agency's employees had thoroughly inspected the Gulliver Business Complex. However, the video she posted on her tg-channel shows a group of men walking from one office to another and admiring the view from the window of the capital's complex.
