Moldova admits inability to detect Russian drones with its radars

The Moldovan Defense Minister said that the existing radars cannot identify the drones due to their small reflective surface. After the crash of two Russian drones, the Moldovan Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador.
Moldova's radars cannot identify drones flying over the country's airspace, Defense Minister Anatolie Nosatîi has admitted. UNN reports this with reference to Realitatea.
According to the minister, the drone that crashed on Tuesday, November 19, in the perimeter of a shopping center in Chisinau, is similar to others that were discovered recently. However, the official cannot explain how the drone could have ended up among the branches.
The minister of defense of Ukraine assured that opportunities will be found for purchasing new systems in order to detect drones in time.
I just want to point out that the configuration (of drones-Ed.) does not actually allow it to be detected by the radars that we have in service. They also have a fairly small reflective surface. these drones have a range of 1000-1300 kilometers, so they have the ability to cross the territory of Ukraine from the launch site
