Mobile application for job search from the Employment Service launched in Ukraine

The State Employment Service of Ukraine has launched a mobile application for job search with enhanced functionality. The app allows you to search for vacancies, make appointments and receive educational vouchers via your smartphone.
The State Employment Service has developed a mobile application for job seekers. Now Ukrainian job seekers will be able to join an electronic queue, find a vacancy or receive a voucher for training in their smartphone. UNN reports this with reference to the Ministry of Economy.

After authorization using a qualified electronic signature (QES), Bank ID, Diia.Signature, or in guest mode, the user is taken to a single job portal where they can view available jobs.
The application is not limited to job search. You can also use it to:
- to join the electronic queue;
- to talk to a career counselor;
- schedule a meeting with a potential employer;
- to get the necessary help;
- apply for a voucher for specialized training or take an online course from the State Employment Service.
It is noted that in 2023, the State Employment Service provided services to 665 thousand Ukrainians, and this year 548 thousand people have already used the services of the service. With the launch of the mobile application, it is expected that the load on physical employment centers will decrease, and the number of users will increase due to the convenient functionality of the application.
The mobile application was developed by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with financial support from the governments of Poland and Germany at the request of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the State Employment Service of Ukraine.
