Ukraine's Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhiy Tykhyi said that the fake tweet by Minister Dmytro Kuleba was a fake. He confirmed that such a message does not exist and that it is an attempt by Russian propaganda to spread a clumsy fake.

"Anyone who can check Dmytro Kuleba's profile should see that such a tweet does not exist. But as Russian propaganda is working hard to spread this clumsy fake, I can officially confirm that it is fake. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has never stated this," the Foreign Ministry spokesperson wrote about the message from the Minister.
