In Kyiv, 31 people are known to have been injured as a result of a massive Russian attack on the night of May 14, one person died, and there are water supply interruptions on the left bank of the capital due to the enemy strike, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Thursday, UNN writes.

As of 7:30 a.m., at least 31 victims are known, including one child. Unfortunately, there is information about one fatality

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko also reported that 8 out of the 19 injured city residents he mentioned are in inpatient wards of the capital's hospitals.

According to the Kyiv police, on the night of May 14, Russian troops once again carried out a massive combined strike on the capital, using ballistic missiles and drones. As a result of the massive combined shelling, the Shevchenkivskyi, Pecherskyi, Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Obolonskyi, Solomianskyi, Desnianskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts came under fire. All emergency services are working on the scene. Damage to apartment buildings, non-residential premises, a business center, a car dealership, garages, and a parked car has been recorded. 

In the Darnytskyi district of the capital, according to the State Emergency Service, 27 people were rescued. 

According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, 18 apartments were destroyed in a 9-story panel residential building in the Darnytskyi district.

Search and rescue operations are ongoing to find people under the rubble at the site of the high-rise structure's destruction, and five cars are being extinguished in the courtyard of a residential building at another address.

Currently, the liquidation of the consequences of the shelling continues in the Obolonskyi, Darnytskyi, and Holosiivskyi districts.

Information regarding the victims is being clarified.
