In Chernihiv, aid centers were set up to help victims of the massive Russian missile attack. In addition, the city has deployed additional resilience centers and psychological assistance centers.

Law enforcement officers reported that at the site of the enemy attack, invincibility points and psychological assistance points were deployed. The police also set up points for receiving applications from injured citizens
In particular, victims can contact the nearest police station or call 102.
Victim reporting points also operate in the building of the Chernihiv District Police Department (4a Starobilouska St.) and in a police tent located in the park behind the building of Chernihiv Polytechnic University
The agency emphasized that in order to file a complaint, the victims must have their identity documents with them.
In addition, people with limited mobility, the elderly, and people with disabilities who cannot come to the police station to file a report can call 102 and leave their contact information and address. Later, the police will come to them to take the statement.

The State Emergency Service said that search and rescue operations are ongoing at the site of the strike in Chernihiv. So far, 15 people have been reported dead and 61 injured. Among the victims are children.
