Kyiv region has transferred 120 units of various types of electronic warfare equipment to meet the needs of the military from the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, writes UNN.
These modern technologies are crucial for the successful completion of combat missions at the front line. We purchased them at the expense of the regional budget. 24 million hryvnias were allocated for the implementation of this important project. According to him, the types of electronic warfare equipment that were transferred to our defenders have already proven their effectiveness. In particular, they block attempts by the enemy to jam Ukrainian communication channels, suppress the work of enemy drones, radio means and control systems, reduce the risk of enemy attacks and improve the coordination of military operations.
