The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, criticized a local deputy for organizing a rally against planned power outages in Chornomorsk, calling it an absurd attempt at self-promotion amid a difficult situation.
The head of the Odesa regional state administration, Oleh Kiper, urged local deputies not to promote the issue of electricity cutoffs for the population, UNN reports.

He said that in Chornomorsk, the deputy led people to a rally to block the road. He added that the situation was getting absurd, as the electricity was being cut off in the village according to the schedule, and the MP from the "Trust the Deeds" party decided to simply promote himself on this issue.
"We're getting to the point where we're doing PR on power outages. How do you communicate with such assholes?" - Kiper said during the briefing.
Kiper also noted that in cities such as Kherson and Kharkiv, the situation with electricity is much worse, with blackouts happening there every day. And in Odesa region, people are being brought out to rallies for no reason at all.
