Russian troops attacked Kharkiv again, according to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration and the city's mayor.
Kharkiv was again attacked by Russian troops, the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, said on Thursday. According to the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov, a "plane" was heard in Kharkiv, UNN reports.

"The occupiers are striking at Kharkiv," Sinegubov wrote on Telegram.
"We heard a 'hit' in the city," Terekhov wrote in Telegram.
"Second strike. Stay in shelters," Sinegubov added.
