The President of Ukraine honored the memory of the victims of the Holodomors of 1921-1923, 1932-1933, and 1946-1947. Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of remembering and telling the world the truth about the genocide of the Ukrainian people.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored the memory of the victims of the Holodomor, saying that it is our duty to remember, recall and tell the world the truth about the brutal crime, the genocide that was committed against Ukrainians, UNN reports.

"The fourth Saturday of November. The Day of Remembrance of the Holodomor Victims. In 1921, 1922, and 1923. In 1946 and 1947. And in the most terrible years of 1932 and 1933, when the famine deliberately created by the regime took millions of lives of our people. It is our duty to remember, to recall, and to tell the world the truth about the brutal crime, the genocide that was committed against Ukrainians. May all the victims, adults and children, the innocent victims of the Holodomor, be blessed with a blessed memory," Zelensky wrote, posting a photo of the Holodomor commemoration at the memorial.
