The TCC, however, noted that this citizen deliberately tried to avoid communication, as he is wanted for violating military registration rules. According to TCC representatives, this man allegedly confirmed this himself later.
During joint public awareness activities, TCC and SP representatives, together with police officers, found a car whose driver, noticing the awareness group, tried to avoid inspection and did not respond to lawful demands to stop. Subsequently, the citizen left the car, ran into the territory of a private building, and climbed onto the roof. While there, he asked for help due to fear of heights, but at the same time avoided contact. A ladder was provided for a safe descent, which he took to the roof, but did not use it for about 10 minutes. While attempting to help him descend, a serviceman climbed onto the roof, where a scuffle ensued between them, as a result of which both fell.
They added that the man "did not suffer bodily injuries" and was sent for a military medical commission.
