President Zelensky spoke about the ratio of losses in Ukraine and Russia. According to him, in Ukraine, one person is killed for every 6-8 wounded, while in russia, one in every 2-3 wounded dies.

Ukraine has one killed soldier for every six to eight wounded, while the russians have one killed for every 2-3 wounded. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with the BBC, an UNN correspondent reports.

Details

When asked if he knew how many Ukrainian soldiers  have been lost so far, Zelensky answered: "I know how many now. I know how many people we lose every day. For me, this is a very painful question... I see these changes every day and they are not for the better, the number is not getting smaller. I cannot tell you this number now. We do not want the Russians to know all the information.

When asked how long Ukraine could continue to suffer such significant losses, Zelenskyy replied: "When we talk about the war and our struggle, we must look at people and minimize losses as much as possible. By the way, that is why the difference between the killed and wounded between us and the russians is very large. If we have one killed for six to eight wounded, they have one in three, one in two. This means that they are not fighting for the survival of their own people... So I cannot compare this process as long as we can.

According to him, this depends primarily on the morale of the military, on the morale of the people who work to ensure that the military has money and salaries.

It depends on the unity between the military and civilians in Ukraine, and it depends on the unity of the West. So it's a big union. We can fight to victory, but only if all these  elements work. So we need to look at this, these are the main factors."

- Zelensky said.
