On Sunday, April 14, the Russian military shelled seven communities in Sumy region. 76 explosions were recorded. Khotyn, Yunakiv, Bilopil, Krasnopil, Velykopysariv, Esman and Seredyno-Bud communities were shelled. This was reported by the Sumy regional administration, UNN reports.

A person died in the Krasnopilska community as a result of shelling from the territory of the Russian Federation. The Russian military dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian truck. The driver died on the spot. The community also experienced artillery shelling (17 explosions), mortar shelling (7 explosions), and FPV kamikaze drone strikes (2 explosions).
Russian soldiers dropped 10 mines on the territory of Velykopysarivska community. There was also artillery shelling (1 explosion).
The Bilopilska community was shelled with artillery (9 explosions) and mortars (11 explosions).
Mortar shelling (5 explosions) and launches of unguided aerial missiles (6 explosions) were recorded on the territory of Seredyno-Budska community.
Yunakivska community was shelled by an FPV drone - one explosive device was dropped.
Mortars were fired at Khotynska community (2 explosions) and Esmanska community (5 explosions).
