According to law enforcement, the 26-year-old woman sustained minor bodily injuries during a conflict with a TCC notification group. The incident occurred on July 14 at approximately 2:25 p.m. on Kulisha Street.
In connection with this incident, investigators from the police department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 125 (Intentional Minor Bodily Harm) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for a term of up to two hundred hours, or correctional labor for a term of up to one year. A pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
