The General Staff has updated data on enemy losses. Over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,230 soldiers, 58 artillery systems, 5 tanks and other equipment.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russian occupation army lost a number of units of its equipment and 1230 soldiers at the front in Ukraine. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, UNN reports .

Total enemy combat losses from February 24, 22 to August 17, 24 are estimated to have amounted to:
- personnel - about 598,180 (+1230) people,
- tanks - 8501 (+5) units,
- armored combat vehicles - 16,473 (+12) units,
- artillery systems - 16,985 (+58) units,
- MLRS - 1160 (+1) units,
- air defense systems - 923 (+1) units,
- aircraft - 367 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 328 (+0) units,
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 13,714 (+55),
- cruise missiles - 2432 (+3),
- ships/boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) units,
- motor vehicles and tank trucks - 22,913 (+65) units,
- special equipment - 2844 (+15) units.
