Kyiv • UNN
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy will recommend the adoption of a draft law on a "white business club" that could legalize the classification of companies as risky and block their accounts, while providing preferences in the form of reduced audits for taxpayers who meet certain criteria.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy will recommend that the parliament adopt in the first reading a bill on the "white business club" that could legalize the classification of enterprises as risky and block their invoices, UNN reports .
If an entrepreneur meets simple and transparent criteria for paying taxes above the industry average and paying wages above the industry average, no tax control is exercised in the form of inspections
According to him, entrepreneurs included in the list of the so-called "white business" will receive preferences in the form of a moratorium on documentary audits; a reduction in the timeframe for desk and documentary audits for budget reimbursement purposes (5 calendar days); individual tax consultations within 5 calendar days.
In addition, such a taxpayer will be assigned a compliance manager with whom the taxpayer will be able to interact, in particular, using remote communication means, including videoconferencing. And the taxpayer, upon request, has the right to receive information about tax information available to the supervisory authority that may indicate tax risks in the taxpayer's activities, as well as advice on how to eliminate such risks within five days.
Zheleznyak added that this is what many business associations have been asking for.

At the same time, Nina Yuzhanina, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy , emphasized that Hetmantsev wants to legalize the right of the tax authorities to recognize a taxpayer as a risk under the guise of tax nannies to stop the registration of tax invoices. According to her, Hetmantsev deceived the co-authors of the bill on the "white business club"; in fact, the document provides for preferences for the chosen ones.
