Government allocates UAH 107.27 million to Kherson RMA to restore water supply in three settlements

The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 107.27 million from the reserve fund to Kherson RMA to restore water supply in three settlements. This will provide drinking water to more than 5,000 people and is part of the water supply program for the war-affected areas.

"We continue systematic work to ensure water supply in the regions affected by Russian aggression," Shmyhal wrote.
He reminded that during his visit to Kherson region last month, the issue of the need to urgently restore a number of water supply facilities in the region was raised. The relevant agencies were instructed to work on this issue.
"Today, we are allocating UAH 107.27 million from the reserve fund to Kherson RMA to carry out the necessary work. These funds will be used to restore water supply in three settlements, which will provide drinking water to more than 5,000 people," said Shmyhal.
He also notedthat yesterday the government also approved the Program of comprehensive water supply for the territories affected by the war.
"This will make it possible to guarantee uninterrupted access to water for another 2 million Ukrainians by the end of 2025," Shmyhal added.
