Foreign offices of SE "Document" introduce an electronic queue, live queues are canceled

Starting from 15.04.2024, foreign offices of SE "Document" in several European countries and Turkey will receive citizens only by appointment through the electronic queue system, and "live queue" services will no longer be provided.
An electronic queue is being introduced in foreign divisions of the State Enterprise Document instead of a "live" one. How to use the service was explained on the Passport Service portal, UNN reports.
Starting from April 15, 2024 , foreign branches of SE Document in Germany (Munich, Berlin, Cologne), Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk), Spain (Madrid, Valencia), Czech Republic (Prague), Slovakia (Bratislava), Italy (Milan) and Turkey (Istanbul) will start accepting citizens for paperwork by appointment in the electronic queue. It will not be possible to receive services in a "live queue" .

Given that it will no longer be possible to receive the service in a "live queue", the agency has increased the number of pre-registration coupons and strengthened user verification tools.

The Ministry added that their foreign offices work to ensure that Ukrainian citizens receive services in a timely and transparent manner, and do so through a high-quality service
