"A fire broke out at the Ilsky oil refinery due to falling UAV debris," the operational headquarters of russia’s Krasnodar Krai stated, also reporting casualties.

The enterprise produces gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, and other products. The Syzran oil refinery processes 7 to 8.5 million tonnes of oil per year.
