In the Kharkiv region, fighting continues in the areas of Vovchansk and Liptsy. The enemy regroups and prepares an offensive, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces successfully repel the attacks, inflicting significant losses on the enemy.
In Kharkiv region, near the village of Hlyboke, the enemy is moving personnel. In the area of Tykhy, the enemy is preparing units of the 83rd separate airborne assault brigade for offensive operations. Since the beginning of Wednesday, August 14, as of 9:30 a.m., three combat engagements have taken place in the areas of Vovchansk and Liptsy, UNN reports .
