The Ministry of Digital Transformation is planning to add the ability to provide feedback on the work of government agencies through a voice assistant to Diia. Fedorov said that the system will use AI to categorize citizens' appeals.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is thinking about a service to enable citizens to provide feedback on the work of government agencies. Every official needs such feedback so that they live in the same reality as the people who receive services, and not think that everything is cool.

This was announced by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov during a telethon, UNN reports .

When asked what feature he thinks Diya lacks, Fedorov answered:

I will make a spoiler... Our task is to make sure that each ministry transforms faster and provides quality services through Diia, or removes services that are not needed and only create bureaucracy. Data should move between registers, not citizens between government agencies

Mr. Fedorov noted that there are situations when people in public institutions have comments and want to provide feedback when receiving various services.

There are always situations when citizens receive different services, when you encounter the state and think: why is it done this way? I want to give my feedback. We are thinking about a service where citizens can shake the phone, so to speak, and a voice assistant appears and can dictate that I am standing here, there is a certain problem that annoys me. This problem is automatically categorized by artificial intelligence, i.e., it falls into the category of a certain policy that is formed by a certain ministry and the minister or his responsible people receive notifications through our other product, Diia.Office, that there is a certain problem that a citizen is facing in this particular pole

- Fedorov said.

He noted that Diia usually does not store personal data.

But we know that there is such a problem, and citizens do not like the way this or that government agency works. It would be ideal to then rank these government agencies based on citizen feedback. Every official needs such feedback so that they live in the same reality as the citizens who receive services, and not think that everything is cool with them
