The Ministry of Digital Transformation has announced four digital projects to fight corruption. These include car customs clearance in Diya, eAccounts, electronic notary and new construction services, said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development and Minister of Digital Transformation, on Thursday, UNN reports.

"Digitalization has already saved the state billions in 5 years and can save even more. My team and I are constantly analyzing where we can eliminate corruption through digitalization. [We are currently working on four large-scale tracks," Fedorov said on Telegram.
He pointed to the top 4 digital projects that will destroy corruption:
- Car customs clearance in Diia. One of the key anti-corruption reforms. Digitalization will remove people from the process and show how customs can work when there is no official.
- "eAcces". The system will allow monitoring every unit of tobacco and alcohol. Once launched, it will be possible to check the legality of products right in Diia. This will prevent the state from losing millions on the shadow market.
- Electronic notary. We are working on a unified electronic system for notaries. The first pilot project we plan to launch is notarial services via video communication with a notary in Diia.
- New construction services. We have already digitalized the most popular construction services. We are continuing the transformation directly - we have recently launched the Urban Planning Cadastre. The electronic system will contain all information about construction in the city, eliminating the possibility of "rewriting" urban planning documents and issuing permits "under the table". Based on the cadastre, we will launch even more digital construction services for Ukrainians.
