Kyrylo Budanov said that the case of Iryna Mudra is in the hands of the court. NABU and SAPO are investigating a criminal organization and the misappropriation of assets.

Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov, commenting on the NABU’s new investigation in which his former deputy Iryna Mudra is implicated, stressed, "everything is in the hands of the court," reports UNN.
The reaction is direct and simple — everything is in the hands of the court
The Head of the Office of the President noted that the presiding judge in the case involving his former deputy Iryna Mudra is the head of the High Anti-Corruption Court, and there is no higher position in the judicial hierarchy.

As reported by NABU and SAPO, a criminal organization was exposed that operated under the leadership of current and former Members of Parliament of Ukraine, with the participation of senior officials of the Office of the President of Ukraine and other individuals.
SAPO stated that, according to the investigation, the purpose of creating and operating the said criminal organization was to seize real estate and other assets of legal entities by unauthorized interference in the operation of information (automated) networks of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, falsifying court decisions, title documents, and more.
The day before, a prosecutor in court noted regarding another defendant in the case that, according to the investigation, Iryna Mudra, then deputy head of the Office of the President, was implicated in the case.
Mudra was dismissed from the position of deputy head of the OP.
