Starting from August 21, DTEK will introduce a daily schedule of power outages for Kyiv region. The schedule will be updated daily at 00:00 and will contain accurate information about the outages for the day.

Starting from August 21, the system of notifications about electricity outage schedules  will be updated for residents of Kyiv region. A daily schedule of outages is being introduced, which will be updated daily at 00:00. This was reported by DTEK Kyiv Regional Power Grids , UNN reports. 

Dear friends, starting from August 21, we are updating our notification system for stabilization outage schedules. We strive to improve and have listened to your feedback and comments, so now you can better plan your life thanks to the new system

Now two types of schedules will be available for residents of Kyiv region: 

Daily schedule - accurate information about outages for the day, which will be updated daily at 00:00. It will contain only white and dark gray zones, which will allow you to better plan your day. The schedule is based on Ukrenergo's commands and will be promptly adjusted in case of changes during the day.

The weekly schedule (the one that is currently available) is a forecasted plan of stabilization outages for a week, which takes into account various scenarios of outages by Ukrenergo's commands.

According to DTEK, the new changes will provide more accuracy in forecasting outages per day, which will help people plan their time better.

So, on August 21 at midnight, the daily schedule for August 21 will be published on DTEK's website and in the chatbot in Viber and Telegram. Every day at midnight it will be changed in accordance with Ukrenergo's commands. The weekly schedule will not change, it will be available at any time.
