The Verkhovna Rada has registered a resolution to dismiss Mykola Solsky from the post of Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine after he was suspected of seizing state land worth UAH 291 million and attempting to seize another land worth UAH 190 million.

The draft resolution was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada today, April 24.
The document was submitted to the parliamentary leadership for consideration. The draft resolution was initiated by a number of MPs.
Context
On April 23, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine announced that the former head of the Verkhovna Rada's agriculture committee, the current minister, was caught in the seizure of state land worth UAH 291 million and an attempt to seize land worth another UAH 190 million
