Head of the CPD Andriy Kovalenko stated that the only way out for Russian elites is the removal of Putin, who has lost touch with reality. He warned that the dictator will drag even those who believe in "a return to normality in the world" to the bottom.
The only way for the Russian elites to end the war against Ukraine is to remove dictator Vladimir Putin from office. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD) Andriy Kovalenko, reports UNN.

According to him, Putin has lost touch with reality. At the same time, dismantling the current Kremlin regime is the only opportunity for the Russian elites to avoid further devastating consequences of the war.
