The Deputy Minister of Defense stated that it is illegal to demand a paper military ID when there is an electronic one in the “Reserve+”. An electronic document with a QR code is equated to a paper document by a Cabinet of Ministers resolution.
Demanding a paper military registration document if it is issued in the Reserve+ application is a violation of the current legislation of Ukraine. The electronic military registration document is equated to a paper document by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The electronic military registration document, which you can see in the Reserve+ app with a QR code, is equated to a paper document by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. We have agreed at the interagency level with the command of the Land Forces and the border guards that they accept... they have no right to break the law and demand a paper document when there is an electronic registration document, a document with a QR code. I emphasize once again that demanding a paper document when you have an electronic military registration document is a violation of the current legislation of Ukraine. Citizens have the right to report this to the relevant authorities
