On December 28, the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life of Ukraine will host a festive event called Christmas in the Open Air Museum in Kyiv. The event is dedicated to the preservation and popularization of Ukrainian folk culture. This is reported by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, UNN reports.

The event will feature an eventful program with the participation of folklore groups from Kyiv region. Visitors will be able to enjoy the sound of traditional carols and shchedrivkas, as well as hear authentic caroling that recreates the unique spirit of Ukrainian Christmas.

The organizers note that the main goal of the event is to preserve and popularize national traditions and pass them on to future generations. The event will be a great opportunity for everyone to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Ukrainian holiday, to experience the diversity of cultural heritage and its role in shaping national identity.
