Chernihiv region: Russian army attacks energy facility and shells the border area

At night, the enemy struck at the energy infrastructure of Chernihiv region, probably with Shahed drones. During the day, 8 explosions were recorded in the border areas of the region as a result of shelling from grenade launchers and artillery.
Russian troops struck at night at the energy infrastructure of Chernihiv region, allegedly with Shahed drones, said Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv RMA. According to the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service, eight explosions were recorded during the day in the border area in the region as a result of enemy shelling, UNN reports.
On the night of July 20, the enemy attacked an energy infrastructure facility in Chernihiv region. Preliminarily, it was a Shahed type drone. All necessary services are working at the site. Emergency repair work is underway
Over the course of the day, according to the regional office of the State Border Guard Service, Russian troops struck at the border area of Chernihiv region. Eight explosions were recorded, including:
- Novhorod-Siversk community: 6 explosions (probably from mortars and an explosive device dropped from a UAV) in the direction of Mykhalchyna Sloboda and Hremyach.
- Snovsk community: 2 explosions (probably from a 120-mm mortar) in the direction of Khrinivka.
There is no information on deaths or injuries among the local population as a result of the shelling.
