The Head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, called the idea of "symbolic" EU membership for Ukraine a bad one, UNN reports.

Answering a question about his opinion on Ukraine's symbolic accession to the EU, Budanov replied: "Bad, categorically bad."

France and Germany plan to grant Ukraine "symbolic" pre-accession benefits to the European Union, which exclude Kyiv's access to the bloc's budget and voting rights.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine does not consider options for partial or "simplified" integration into the European Union and NATO and seeks full membership in both associations.
