"Yes, there is such a problem," said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, answering live video questions from citizens, regarding the fact that Armenia paid significant sums of money to Russia for weapons, but did not receive them, and did not return the money.
The head of the Armenian also said that discussions are underway on mechanisms to resolve this problem.
