A 30-year-old drunken man was served a notice of suspicion of committing hooliganism near the Heroes Memorial in Kryvyi Rih. The journalist reported that the suspicion was announced to the man "who urinated on the Cubes of Memory".
A 30-year-old man was served a notice of suspicion of committing hooliganism near the Heroes' Memorial in Kryvyi Rih while intoxicated, the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipropetrovs'k region reported, UNN reports.

The defendant faces a fine or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
According to police, the crime occurred on April 12 at about 11 p.m. in the Central City District of Kryvyi Rih. "As the police found out, a 30-year-old man in a state of intoxication approached the Heroes' Memorial and committed hooliganism with particular cynicism," the police said.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the incident. The police established all the circumstances of the incident and the man who committed the crime.
On April 15, a local resident was served a notice of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
