A 65-year-old civilian man was killed in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, as a result of Russian shelling that damaged private houses.
A civilian was killed in the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, on March 25 as a result of shelling by the Russian army. This was reported by UNN with reference to Telegram, the channel of the Kharkiv regional police.
Details
On March 25, around 13:00, the Russian military shelled the city of Vovchansk. As a result of the shelling, private houses were damaged - a 65-year-old man who was in the yard of his own home during the shelling died as a result of mine-blast injuries.
As indicated, forensic experts, explosives experts, and the investigative team went to the address.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the violation of the laws and customs of war under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
