A fire broke out in a 2000-square-meter grain warehouse in the village of Vizyrka, Odesa region. Thanks to the prompt actions of 53 rescuers and 14 units of SES equipment, the fire did not spread, and there were no casualties.

In the village of Vizyrka in Odesa region, a fire broke out in the morning in a 2000-square-meter grain warehouse; it has been extinguished, no one was injured, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported on Monday, UNN reports.

"This morning, in the village of Vizyrka in Odesa region, a fire broke out in a warehouse with grain on a total area of 2000 square meters," the State Emergency Service said in a Telegram post.

Thanks to the prompt actions of firefighters, the fire was prevented from spreading to nearby warehouses with grain.

"Odesa rescuers have extinguished a large-scale fire at the enterprise," the statement said.

Reportedly, no one was killed or injured.

Fifty-three firefighters and 14 pieces of equipment from the State Emergency Service and the local fire brigade were at the scene.
