According to ASTRA, the footage was taken from 50 Years of October Street in the settlement of Afipsky, approximately 4 km from the refinery's tank farm. At the same time, analysts note that the available materials do not allow to reliably determine which specific object was engulfed by the fire.
On the night of July 14, residents of the Krasnodar region reported explosions and fires. The Russian authorities have not yet released official information about the consequences of the attack or possible damage on the territory of the Afipsky oil refinery.
