Last night, a warehouse building collapsed on the territory of the Odesa Commercial Sea Port. Upon arrival at the scene, rescuers found that two men were trapped in the rubble during the destruction of the building
It is reported that the State Emergency Service officers used a hydraulic tool and a chainsaw to unblock a citizen born in 1990.
The rescuers provided first aid to the victim and handed him over to doctors. Unfortunately, the second man, a citizen born in 1993, was found without signs of life
It is noted that the probable cause of the destruction is a violation of safety during construction work. The circumstances of the incident are currently under investigation.
