In Ivano-Frankivsk, a secretary of a college admissions committee was exposed for demanding $800 for enrolling an applicant to defer mobilization. The suspect was detained after receiving the bribe and placed under house arrest.
An educator was exposed in Ivano-Frankivsk who, in return for a bribe of $800, guaranteed an applicant enrollment in order to defer mobilization. UNN reports this with reference to the regional prosecutor's office.

Reportedly, the secretary of the admission committee and the head of the department of a state college were exposed.
According to the investigation, the suspect demanded and received USD 800 from a local resident of military age. In exchange for this amount, the official promised to resolve the issue of enrolling him as a full-time student at a professional college, which is a subdivision of the Lviv National University of Environmental Management. This would give the applicant the opportunity to receive a deferment from military service
Law enforcement detained the teacher after receiving the full amount of the bribe.
He was suspected of extortion and receiving an unlawful benefit
The court has now imposed a measure of restraint on him in the form of round-the-clock house arrest and removed him from his position.
