Ukrainian Taisia Onofriichuk won the all-around competition at the World Cup stage in Sofia, beating her closest rival by 3.8 points. This is the first gold for the 16-year-old gymnast at the World Cup stages.
Ukrainian Taisia Onofriichuk became the winner of the all-around competition at the first stage of the 2025 World Cup season in rhythmic gymnastics, which is taking place in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. This is reported by UNN with reference to message of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine (NOC).

It is noted that in the individual all-around competition, the participant of the Olympic Games in Paris, Taisia Onofriichuk, climbed to the first step of the podium. The Ukrainian surpassed her closest rival, a representative of Bulgaria, by 3.8 points.
For Taisia, this is the first "gold in her career at the World Cup stages. In total, for the 16-year-old Ukrainian, this is the fourth consecutive award of the highest standard in the all-around competition this competitive season - she won three previous medals at the Grand Prix stages.
The NOC added that the Ukrainian team is represented at the tournament by two athletes in the individual championship and a national team in group exercises. The finals in individual exercises will take place on Sunday.
