President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans a visit to Washington next Tuesday, July 28, reports Deutsche Welle correspondent in the US Mykhailo Komadovsky, citing two informed sources in the administration of the US president, writes UNN.

According to this information, Zelenskyy plans to attend the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, who died on July 12.
A meeting between Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump is also planned.
"A meeting with President Trump is also being organized - officials are still coordinating the format: whether it will be a brief meeting on the sidelines of the funeral, a private one-on-one conversation, or an official visit to the White House," he wrote on social media X.

Both presidents met on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara in early July. Then Trump announced the intention to provide Ukraine with licenses for the independent production of missiles for Patriot surface-to-air missile systems (SAMs), which are critically important for countering ballistic strikes from russia.
