President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the German-made Petriot is already in Ukraine, UNN reports.
The Head of State thanked the partners for fulfilling the agreements on air defense.
"We have set ourselves the task of doubling the strength of our air shield, and today is the beginning of this. I am grateful to Germany for the Petriot that is already in Ukraine. This is great news. Another great news: I thank the United States for another step to strengthen our air defense, our Petriots. We will continue to work, and there will definitely be new solutions," Zelensky said during his video address.
