The Russians are suffering numerous losses but are not abandoning their plans to seize Ukraine. With the change in weather conditions, the enemy has intensified offensive actions and is conducting them along almost the entire 1200 km long combat line. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi, as reported by UNN.

The hottest areas during the month were the Oleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and Lyman directions.
We must seize the strategic initiative, and therefore we are conducting an active defense. Thanks to this, in March, our troops regained control over almost 50 km² of territory that was occupied by the enemy.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that Ukraine is countering the large number of Russian troops with the quality of combat operations, forcing the enemy to constantly postpone the deadlines for completing tasks.
In order to reduce the enemy's offensive capabilities, we maintain a high intensity of strikes against military, defense-industrial, and other facilities on the territory of Russia that support the actions of the occupiers. In March, Deep Strike assets hit 76 such targets, 15 of which were oil refining industry facilities.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also heard reports on the state of mobilization and recruitment, logistical support, fortification of defensive lines, training and restoration of combat capability of units, and maintaining law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the context of the report of the Support Forces Command, he emphasized the intensification of work on the arrangement of engineering barriers and fortifications. It is precisely where fortifications are equipped in advance and with high quality that we are able to hold the defense for a long time, protect Ukrainian defenders, and destroy more occupiers.
