A drone entered Romania's airspace for the fourth consecutive day, the country's Defense Ministry reported on Monday, writes UNN.

"The air alert, declared today, July 27, after the drone's incursion into the national airspace, ended at 10:09. The target was detected by the Defense Ministry's radar surveillance system approximately 36 kilometers east of Sulina, and two F-16 aircraft from the 86th Fetești Air Base took off at 08:53 to monitor the situation," the Romanian Defense Ministry's statement reads.
As stated, the population in Tulcea County was alerted, with a RO-Alert message issued at 08:47.
"The target briefly entered the national airspace, after which it crossed the river border towards Ukraine. Subsequently, explosions were reported on Ukrainian territory," the Romanian Defense Ministry reported.
"The Defense Ministry constantly monitors the air situation and informs Alliance structures in real time about such events," the statement said.
Earlier, the Romanian Defense Ministry reported about "a third drone shot down by an F-16 aircraft of the Romanian Air Force over three consecutive days."
