Shelling of energy facilities in six regions of Ukraine has caused power outages. Power engineers are restoring the grids and asking citizens to conserve electricity in the evening.

As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, power supply interruptions for certain consumers have occurred in several regions of Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, according to UNN.

Due to hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions remain temporarily without electricity supply,

the report states.

Energy workers are operating in an enhanced mode to restore power supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work continues around the clock.

No restrictions are forecasted for today. Please check the official resources of your distribution system operators for any changes regarding power supply,

the Ministry of Energy noted.

It is recommended to shift active energy consumption to daytime hours — from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During the evening period, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, consumers are advised to use electricity sparingly if possible. This helps reduce the load on the power system.
