Partial power outages recorded in four regions of Ukraine following shelling and severe weather - Ministry of Energy

Due to shelling and severe weather, parts of four regions and 40 villages have been de-energized. Power engineers are working; no scheduled consumption restrictions are planned for today.

Partial power outages are being recorded in several regions of Ukraine due to hostilities and bad weather. In the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions, damage was caused by shelling of energy infrastructure, while other settlements are without power due to weather conditions. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, according to UNN.

As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions remain temporarily without electricity supply

Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work is ongoing around the clock. 

Due to bad weather, 40 settlements in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions remain without electricity. Repair crews are working on restoration.

No restrictions are forecasted for today. It is recommended to monitor information regarding possible changes in energy supply on the official resources of distribution system operators.

It is advisable to shift active electricity consumption today to the daytime period — from 10:00 to 17:00.
