This was stated by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CPD) of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko, reports UNN.

He noted that Ushakov is manipulating and demonstrating that Russia still wants "peace", and a ceasefire is "not the way to peace".
