The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has responded to the recommendations of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding the use of body cameras by servicemen of the TCC. This was reported on Telegram by people's deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko, UNN reports.

According to Honcharenko, the Ministry of Defense is preparing to implement the following decisions:
- obligate the TCC to store photographic materials and
video recordings from cameras for 90 calendar days;
- prohibit turning off body cameras during
mobilization activities in the buildings of the TCC and SP and in the adjacent territory.
For a very long time during the meetings of the TIC, my colleagues and I discussed the issue of body cameras. We repeatedly heard that "cameras are turned off indoors," "the notification group did not have cameras," or "recordings from the cameras have already been deleted." Now, thanks to the decisions of the Temporary Investigative Commission, this issue will be regulated, and there will be less "busification," torture of our citizens, and other horrors that are considered at almost every meeting of the TIC
Context
As of September 1, 2025, all employees of territorial centers for комплектування and social support (TCC and SP) are required to wear body cameras and carry out video recording of document checks or the serving of summonses.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine noted that video from TCC body cameras is automatically uploaded to a secure server of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Reminder
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the need to stop cases of forced detention of people, which are called "busification."
