In Odesa, a man attempted to inflict stab wounds on himself inside one of the district's TCC premises and also threatened doctors. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Odesa Regional TCC and SP.
Details
The incident occurred on the premises of the Kyiv RТЦК and SP. According to official information, the man was brought there by National Police officers because he was wanted for violating military registration rules.
The TCC reported that the citizen did not provide any medical documents confirming his unsuitability for military service. They also added that there was no information in the unified electronic register "Oberih" about him having a deferment.
During standard procedures, the citizen attempted self-harm to avoid conscription and pressure officials. The duty service of the RТЦК and SP immediately called emergency medical assistance and the police, but the citizen behaved extremely aggressively, threatening doctors and servicemen with a knife, thereby preventing him from receiving urgent care. He was subsequently hospitalized.
They added that there were no measures of physical coercion or illegal actions by TCC employees.
Recall
Earlier, UNN reported that in Odesa, TCC employees detained a serviceman of the 36th separate marine brigade. Six months ago, the man was released from enemy captivity and was undergoing rehabilitation in Odesa – tear gas was used against him and he was beaten, after which, while the vehicle was moving, the serviceman was thrown out of the car.
