The High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the request of the SAP prosecutor and NABU detective to seize the property of Batkivshchyna leader Yulia Tymoshenko, as announced by HACC investigating judge Vitaliy Dubas, UNN reports.

"The court ruled to partially grant the request," Dubas said, announcing one ruling.
"To refuse to seize funds... in the accounts of Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko," the investigating judge continued.
The judge also ruled "to seize the property" of Oleksandr Tymoshenko.
The judge listed a Toyota Land Cruiser, a GAZ, an Audi A8, and two garages in Dnipro.
In the second ruling, the court also "decided to partially grant the request," Dubas announced.
"To seize... the property seized during the search at the location of the Batkivshchyna political party," the investigating judge noted.
As the court later summarized, "the HACC refused to seize the money in the personal bank account of the people's deputy in one of Ukraine's state banks. The court motivated this by the fact that this is her only official source of income, and there are insignificant funds in this account necessary for her parliamentary activities and living expenses."
"At the same time, the court seized the property belonging to the people's deputy's husband as joint marital property. This includes: 2 garages and 3 cars. The HACC also seized (prohibited alienation, disposal, and use) the property seized during the search at the location of the political force headed by the people's deputy," the HACC explained.
In a comment to journalists regarding the posting of bail, which the court set at UAH 33 million, Tymoshenko replied: "I personally do not have such funds, and at this moment I cannot contribute my funds, but I know that my entire team, (...) the entire party is working to prevent them from arresting me. (...) For now, I don't know how this will end."

For the leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, who is suspected of offering undue benefits to people's deputies, the HACC previously determined a preventive measure in the form of bail of UAH 33.28 million, while the prosecutor requested bail of UAH 50 million.
NABU and SAP reported suspicion to the head of the faction in the Verkhovna Rada on January 14.
According to the investigation, after NABU and SAP exposed facts of undue benefits received by people's deputies of Ukraine in December 2025 for making decisions on draft laws in parliament, "the suspect initiated negotiations with individual people's deputies on introducing a systemic mechanism for providing undue benefits in exchange for loyal behavior during voting."
"It was not about one-time agreements, but about a regular mechanism of cooperation, which provided for advance payments and was designed for a long period. People's deputies were to receive instructions on voting, and in some cases - on abstaining or not participating in the vote," the SAP said.
