Parents of children born in the United States do not have "immunity" from deportation. This was stated by the head of the US Border Service, Tom Homan, writes The Hill, reports UNN.
Having a child who is a US citizen does not give you immunity from the laws of our country. Especially after illegal entry

Earlier, a federal judge raised the alarm after lawyers accused the Trump administration of deporting a 2-year-old US citizen without "meaningful judicial review".
The child was deported along with her sister and mother, who were found to be in the country illegally. Her father filed a petition for the girl's return. A hearing on this issue is scheduled for May 16 in Louisiana.
Homan defended the deportation decision, saying it was up to the parents whether their children ended up in such a situation. He said the child's mother took her with her during the deportation, calling it "parenting principles 101". Since the mother could leave the child with a relative or husband/wife.
Host Margaret Brennan noted that the father, who filed the petition, tried to negotiate the safety of the child, but they were only allowed a brief phone call. Homan denied it.
This is a decision of the parents. This is not a government decision. This is a decision of the parents
Let us remind you
The Trump administration plans to deport 1 million immigrants per year, which will exceed previous figures. To this end, negotiations are underway with 30 countries on the acceptance of deportees.
