The Kyiv City State Administration and Ukrhydrometcenter warned Kyiv residents about fog in the night and morning hours of December 15, writes UNN.

Visibility is expected to be 200–500 meters, which corresponds to the first level of danger (yellow).
Experts urge drivers to be especially careful:
- Reduce speed.
- Turn on fog lights along with low beam headlights.
- Maintain a safe distance.
- Avoid sudden maneuvers.
Pedestrians were also urged to be attentive and to use reflective elements (flickers) to be visible to drivers in the dark and during fog.
